These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enza platform, including our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.
By accessing or using the Enza Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
Enza is committed to providing a secure, fair, and transparent platform for organizations and ambassadors alike.
User Types
Organizations
Organizations are entities that use the Platform to manage ambassador relationships, create campaigns, and track performance metrics.
Organizations are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their brand and campaigns
- Honoring all commitments made to ambassadors
- Complying with applicable laws regarding advertising and payments
- Respecting ambassador privacy and data protection
Ambassadors
Ambassadors are individuals who use the Platform to connect with organizations, participate in campaigns, and earn rewards.
Ambassadors are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their identity and audience
- Disclosing their relationship with organizations as required by law
- Creating content that complies with campaign guidelines
- Ensuring all posted content complies with applicable laws
Key Terms
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to immediately notify Enza of any unauthorized use of your account.
Platform Use and Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to violate any applicable law, post harmful content, impersonate others, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
Enza reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful or disruptive behavior.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content are owned by Enza Technologies, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Enza a license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in connection with providing the Platform.
Payments and Fees
Organizations may be required to pay fees to access certain features of the Platform. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added to the final payment.
Payments to ambassadors will be processed through the Platform in accordance with the terms of each campaign. Enza may charge a service fee for processing payments.
Legal Provisions
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enza and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enza, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
